System Burn-in

What is the recommended system burnin time for a processor that is brand new, i've heard of people using Prime for a few hours and then call it safe. What is a good measure of time for burn in>?

Burn in is useless, just enjoy your new CPU.

If anything, burn in merely reduces the expected CPU life.

The only real burn in is for new capacitors on a motherboard, but that is another story.
