system bios cacheable

I'm starting to look into ocing, and I noticed this option in the bios. Guess it doesn't have much to do with ocing, but what is it? Should i turn it on? Ok thanks......

depened on you'r os, newer os (w2k, xp) dont use the bios at all after their drivers are loaded.

which os do you use?
