Ok, my system just started doing this a couple of days ago. Basicly what happens is when I go to shutdown normally through windows, it says Windows is now shutting down your machine and then all of a sudden it just restarts and the BIOS and everything starts going. So to shut the machine down I have to turn off the powersupply before it restarts. Whats going on with this? Doesnt make any sense!
Also, on another side note. Sometimes when I shutdown, my moniter will just make this wierd noise, and totally cut out. I'll have to press the powerbutton twice in a row then just to get it to turn back on, any ideas? Its an Optiquest Q71
