I've been having this problem since when I was using the Asus A7V333 board, XP1800+, 256MB PC2700 & 400W Power Supply. The system will auto power-off after being on for a while like 15 mins or power-off during the posting. I've changed the power supply to a new 400W PSU but still having the same problem. Changed the m/b to the Asus A7V8X, still same problem. I'm going to change the PSU again to a 420W Thermaltake. The cpu & mb temp from the Asus Probe pgm is 42C. Anyone has any idea what I should try next?

Try setting your ram on looser setting like CAS 2.5ect (higher #'s). I once had problems with reboots and it turned out to be a lame hard drive. try unhooking some hd's or cd'roms and see if it helps. U can always just run the board with just cpu, hsf, ram and see if it still powers down after a few minutes at the post screen
