My friend wants to buy one of my spare PCs off me. He asked what is fair and I didn't know. Here is what it has.

192mb PC100 RAM
Abit motherboard
Integrated Sound
ATI Rage 16mb agp vcard
IBM 8GB HD
Nice case w/300watt PS
Netgear 10/100 NIC

No keyboard, mouse, monitor, floppy, or CD-ROM. What do you think is fair?
