Sysprep with XP Pro

Hi all, need some serious help here. I'm imaging some PC's for the company and need to run sysprep on them. All of the PC's are XP Pro (corp). I configure the desktops with the program icons I need for the Default user and when I sysprep (sysprep 2.0 for XP) I use the -quiet -mini -reseal switches and every dang gone time after I image and boot back up, all of my adjustments are lost!!! >:-(
Al I want to do is change the SID and be able to change the PC names when booting back up after imaging. Is that soo hard?? I also posted in the Technical Support, sorry, but looking for help fast.
Thanks in advance.
