I am trying to automate the mini-setup for Windows XP Pro here at work so when we load an image we don't have to accept the EULA or place in the CD Key. I ran setupmgr and created the sysprep answer file but for some reason it ignores it.

I have sysprep in c:\sysprep along with the answer file

Did you run SYSPREP with the - mini switch?
That forces Sysprep to use the Sysprep.inf file.

What version of Sysprep are you using? We use v1.1 for all of our Win2k images, with the .inf file in the same directory as the executable - no switches have been needed to get it to see the .inf file.

Example of the .inf file we use.. x's substituted for important info. ;)
