Syslog server & web usage reporting

Haven't used one in a while, I think Firewall Analyzer was the last one I deployed. I'm looking for a free/cheap syslog server and reporting tool to monitor some employees web usage through a Sonicwall. Reporting end should have a report (out of box or custom) that can show host, website visited, time. Another with total hits & total bandwidth per website per node would be ideal.

Budget for this is low (no more than $200, free is good too 😀), needs to run on Windows Server as that's all we have at the site this is going to, and implementation can't take more than a couple of hours.

Any ideas? I think there is still a free version of kiwi floating around out there, but I need a reporting tool that plays well with Sonicwall's logs.
 
There is a pretty limited, free version of kiwi still available but I don't believe any of it's reporting/stats functions come with the free version. Since syslog is a generic text logging facility you need to find out what format the Sonicwall logs in and then find a tool that understand that format or lets you specify a format.
