sysfader error during shutdown (win2k)

Well, it really isn't an error, but when I shutdown my win2k box, I get an end task message about sysfader. I have to manually click endtask to before the computer shuts down.

From what I understand sysfader is what give the start menu that "fade in look" when it opens.

Anyone else have this problem?? I've seen it on several win2k machines around work and and my home machine.
