Probably bad ram.
I get the same error when i overclock my system (usually ram) too much sometimes, it will say that a sertain system file is corupted or not found.

Check the ram one stick at a time, one or more of the sticks might be defective

Weird it works fine in another system one stick at a time and both at the same time.
I tried it in my other system after I posted here, and seems to be ok.

My MB for the one that doesnt work is a Soyo k7vm333, the Ram is Kingston and shows up on their spec sheet as compatible.

the one it works on is a A7N8X-E

Could changing the ram make a problem with windows? or is it bad ram?
just weird how it works in one not another.

When u put the original ram in the mainboard does it work and boot fine?

Other posibility is that the ram has compatibility prolems with ur board.
I have the same issue between my dfi board and corsair value select ram, when i had single core there was no way to get it to run at ddr400 speeds. now with dual core i will find out soon if i can run it.

also check that the ram timings are not set too low (also try to set them manualy) and try to underclock the ram to see if that helps to get it to boot.

Also changing ram should have no effect on windows, in fact i have changed ram lots of times in my comps and never had windows die on me due to the changes. (except when i used different speeds ram and some mainboards had problems with that)
