My mate just about fell asleep in it, but then he's the kind of bloke who was no time or attention span for anything that doesn't immediately grab him...

Got a bit slow towards the end, but other than that

Yeah, I haven't seen it yet.

Mostly my interest comes from the fact that I don't know what point the movie is making. These type of movies aren't my favorite, but I enjoy quality films, and will watch just about anything, and so I'll hopefully check this one out sometime.

There's so many films over the past few years that I haven't seen. When I was in high school we used to rent movies all the time, and I really liked that. Now I just pretty much buy movies (and almost always its ones that I've already seen and know I like), and then end up hardly watching them. Then again, I didn't watch TV at all in high school, but now I watch it way too much.

I haven't seen hardly any of the films that were at the Oscars. Crash, Brokeback Mountain, Capote, Munich, Syriana, King Kong, Memoirs of a Geisha, Walk the Line, and so many others. The problem is that I want to see them because it sounds like they're good, but I don't really have much interest in any of them.

I don't understand why people buy movies to watch them once or twice. Just go back to renting for $3. That's 6 movies you can watch for the price of one DVD you've already seen.

Great movie. Not quite as good as Traffic, but very close. Clooney earned his Oscar in this movie for sure.

I didn't like it. I felt that it wasn't focused on its characters, it was focused solely on the political message. We don't really get to know anybody, these characters all show up solely to play their part in the grand oil puzzle the script has set up. I couldn't develop any attachment to anybody.

I thought Good Night and Good Luck was a much better political movie.

I thought it was pretty decent flick.

Not sure why Clooney won an award for that role but that's Hollyweird for ya. :p
