Synology NAS that can replicate/sync data off a WS2012R2 file server?

Im looking for a 2 bay, small, quiet (if fanless better) NAS that can sync/replicate data off a WS2012R2 file server. Yes, that means it must be compatible with Active Directory.

Also, if it has VPN, better as I prefer having some sense and syncing data over a encrypted connection.

Most Linux-based NASes have some form of AD integration. It shouldn't be hard to find something that fits the bill.
