synconize and automatic backup folder in home lan under win2k?

Hi, all

I have a small lan with 3 PC running win2k professional

is there a way I can ask windows to synchorize and backup specific folder automatically so that
3 PC will have the same content in the specified folder, i.e My document

Move the My Documents folder to a location and share it, then on your My Documents folder (on ALL the 2k machines) right click, go to properties and select move. Then browse to the shared My Documents that you want to use. Then everytime you go into the documents it should come up to that shared folder.
