Well, I am in the process of looking for a new monitor. I looked in the LCD Monitor Buying Guide here, but did not see if this monitor had been tested yet. It seems to be a very decent monitor at least from the specs, but I wanted to see if anyone has done any real tests on one (i.e. look for backlight uniformity, color calibration, color range, resolution, true response time, ghosting issues, etc., you know all the things that people want to know about a monitor).

bump.... Come one guys anyone? This is the official monitor of the 2006 World Cyber Games. I would think someone would have at least seen it by now it has been out over a month.

Danish test here: http://www.flatpanels.dk/test.php?subac...ll&id=1159788477&archive=&start_from=&

I wouldn't get it though. Colors aren't very accurate (lots of them measure at dE94>4). If you don't care about accuracy, and only about vibrancy, then grab it. It's gotta be a great gaming LCD, but it's not one for photo editing.

The 931C has a bigger gamut so it could produce more vibrant colors than almost any LCD on the market (but like I said, they will not be accurate so they may seem a bit odd).

Thanks xtknight. That is exactly the kind of info I was looking for. I'll skip out on the monitor and continue my waiting while I continue to use my Hitachi CM772 CRT, luckily I have one which seems to be free of the geometry problems that many people had.
