Syncing program

I have tried a bunch of programs but I'm trying to find one the will back up individual files and not only folders. I've tried Synctoy, Smartsync, Snycback, Novasync. All of them will back up folders but you can't select just one or two file within a folder instead of all of the contents within the folder. Does anyone know of a program that will do that?

Syncback has that feature. You can manually select individual files to backup.

Well, Syncback's interface isn't very intuitive. It's easy to miss something like that.
