I just tried vista for the first time yesterday on a machine I ordered for the GF's parents. It's quite a change from XP.
I've been using XP/Office '03 for the past 4-5 years on my laptop and desktop. I've got a 1.5GB PST file with every email I've sent/received in that time frame. I will probably stop adding to this PST file when I transition to Vista/2007, but I anticipate another large PST.
I want to know if MS has finally implemented tools that make syncing outlook folders easy. I pull my mail from POP servers through my webhost, ISP, and gmail accounts. (5 or 6 accounts). My desktop kind of downloads all my emails and I always have to return to it in order to get anything done. This kind of made my laptop less useful than it should have been. I know there are a few third party programs for XP/2003, but it seems like most of them don't play well with Vista/2007.
For those of you who run similar setups, what do you do?
