Syncing Itunes to Sansa

Need to send in my nano for the recall replacement but before I do i need to figure out how to sync my itunes podcast to my sansa. So how do I do that?

there's an app for Mac but i didn't like it much.

i ended up putting Rockbox on my Clip and loading up the MicroSD card with drag and drop.
