Synchronizing User Settings Between Win2K Workstations

I have 2 Win2K PC?s on my home LAN and the same 3 users on both. I am forced to copy files from each profile directory and was wondering if there was a way to synchronize them automatically.
 
You should be able to create a shared folder and thru its properties set up the caching. I believe the default is 'manual', but you can set it to automatically sync...
