Synchronizing media folders between 3 PCs

Is there a piece of software that allows me to synchonize media folders (music, photo, documents) and seamlessly add/delete/modify/overwrite files?

I have tinkered with SyncToy but don't think it fits my needs. I'm doing a little more researching now to try and determine but wouldn't mind some input.

Are these all local PCs?

Why not just use one network share for all of that? unless you are looking for the redundancy...

HTPC, Desktop, & Netbook.

I can network share between the HTPC & Desktop since the htpc will most likely stay on 24/7 (E-350 w/ SSD OS drive) but the netbook will travel and needs the media on it.

Does the media really need to be on the netbook's local drive? You could still access a networked folder remotely with Hamachi.

I'd prefer it that way so I don't have to worry about a network connection or waiting for it to stream.
