Synchronizing Files with removable media

I'm pretty sure this was brought up once before here, but I can't find the thread in question, so forgive me. Right now I use the Windows 2000/XP offline files setup to synchronize my network files with my local disk. It works fine. Over the weekend, I picked up one of those 128MB thumb drives on sale ($50) to store my most important stuff (graduate work, thesis, resumes, etc.). Somehow I would like to be able to keep these files in sync with the ones on my PC. Offline files won't work because Windows treats it as just another disk drive. Is there software which will do something like this? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
