Synchronizing desktop background to web site

I'm using the synchronize option for my desktop to display the images off a webcam feed, and using that as my background. However, the options only allows it to be set for once a day to change. Is there anyway to override this, so I can have it change every 5 minutes or so? Maybe a registry entry somewhere, etc.?

I don't know how to do what you asked... but what about trying an active desktop with some HTML pulling the feed?
