Synchronized or Asynchronous?

I can either run my video card at 360/360 or 400/360. Which one would be better? I know that with processor/ram, synchronized clocks gives a pretty big performance boost, but what about gpu/ram?

uhh, now that were on the topic of clock speeds/ram speeds, would i get a big performance boost if i o/c my sapphire radeon 9100 128mb to 260/220 ??

the original clock is 250/200 , the ram speed just suks, and i know that :p

No, it won't be a big boost. No one can say exactly how big until they try it, so try it.
