Synchronising between laptop and desktop

Hi all

I do a lot of work on both my laptop and my desktop, and keeping track of which documents are up-to-date is a hassle.
Does someone know of a good program which can handle to synchronising of my files via ethernet? Preferably free. I use XP on my desktop and 2k on my laptop.

Hmm, I am unable to install this to my laptop. It asks for .net framework version 1.1.4423. I have got and installed version 2, but appearantly, that is not good enough.

Any suggestions?
 
Have you only got .Net 2 installed? You might also need 1.1 installed for SyncToy to work - it is a great piece of software
