synchro between laptop and desktop

hi there

i am planning to buy a laptop fairly soon and will like to synochronise certain folders, documents and microsoft outlook mails with my desktop computer in a daily basis.

I have a 4 port adsl router so i can easily create network between them.

However, are there any softwares that can synochronise the selected folders/documents/microsoft outlook periodically or at a touch of a button? Instead of dragging every file manaully,

I use secondcopy for this. XP has some stuff built-in, but not very good. I've also used ViceVersa. Both are pretty cheap downloads.
