Synching a contact list onto Curve

Well, I had my Curve password protected so my friends couldn't mess with it, and today got locked out for some reason and on the 10th try it clears the phone, so i was wondering if there was any way to sync all my contacts onto the phone. Like if i put them in the computer and did it somehow. I have them all on my old phone yet, i just want to get them over.

Use the Blackberry desktop software and have it sync to Outlook or Yahoo.
