Sync software

Programs like this are a dime a dozen for PC.. all I want to do is choose a master drive, and have the software make a copy on another drive (internal or external), and keep in sync at defined times or when I manually force it. This is for backing up large video files, but I do not want to run RAID 1 (since the secondary drive might be external). Thanks!

Time Machine. Already have it if you have OS X Leopard.
