sync software recommendation?

i'd like to be able to use a flash drive to keep a few folders synced between a few computers. i searched google and found a few options, but i thought i'd check here for personal recommendations. ideally i can just plug the flash drive in and the software will automatically sync folders without me doing anything. is there something like this available? i'd prefer the software to be simple and un-bulky...
