Sync Palm Contacts to the iPhone without Outlook?

Does anyone know of a way to sync Palm Contacts to the iPhone without Outlook?

As far as I can tell, this requires that both devices be active. My Palm phone (Treo) is no longer active.

This costs way too much money for the one time I am going to use it.
