Sync Outlook between office and home without a handheld

In the past I have always used a handheld and Activesync to keep Outlook data up to date between home and work.

I was wondering if there was another way of doing it without a handheld. For instance, I just received a thumb drive for free with another purchase. It has CruzerSync on it which works well to keep your information on the thumb drive, but does not work for syncing between 2 computers.

What would everyone suggest? Thanks in advance.

The easiest way to do it without software is to use transfer your .pst file to and from work to home. Your .pst file holds all your tasks/calendar/email/etc. for outlook. Wherever you transfer the original from, point your profile to the new .pst file.

The path for the .pst file is:
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

The only problem is that all of the data at work is stored on the Exchange server. I have not setup personal folders.
