Sync Out Of Range?

i have gotten this error message 3 times in the past week, it locks my computer up and says in a red box "Sync Out Of Range" i usually get a lot of BSOD's before it happens. i have narrowed the possible cause of my BSOD's down to ZoneAlarm, and my sister's Bonzi Buddy
anyone have any suggestions?

"Sync out of range" is a message from your monitor, not your PC, that means the horizontal or vertical (or both) video signal is out of the range that can be physically displayed on the monitor. So something is changing your video settings or something, can you be more specific about EXACTLY what is happening before you get this message?

Computer crashes, the graphics card sends the monitor garbage, and the monitor tells you it cannot display it. Nothing to worry about, but DO worry about those BSODs (ie. why do you get them?).

Edit: LOL lots of bagheads 🙂

i think the BSOD's are either because of that stupid Bonzie Buddy my sister has or ZoneAlarm. i'll have to find out

thanks 🙂
