Sync Favorites across multiple computers?

hey guys,

im looking for a bookmark synchronizer. the only app ive found that does it is called FavoriteSync but you need an FTP server and it auto uploads them and downloads them on all PCs its set up on. Of course, everyone doesnt have or want to bother with FTP, seems odd that there isnt an app that just does it somehow across the network?

Anyone Anyone?

(all Windows XP machines BTW)
 
If all the PCs are on the same network then you could just point the IE Favorites folder on each PC to a shared network folder.
