Rite now my compaq Mobo has a 210W Steady State PS.
My system has:

1X 40GB HD
1X 60GH HD
DVD ROM and CDRW
512MB DDRAM
AMD Athlon XP 2200+

Fans: 1 HD cooling fan
1 CPU Fan on My Taisol Heatsink.
No need for exhaust fan cos my CPU temp never goes above 45C.
Everything runs like a charm now but the question is how much can my PS Take? Will it still have enough juice if I put in a graphics card such as the Radeon 9700?
What are the symptoms of lack of Power from PS?
 
Why don't you try and find out. If you want to be on the safe side, either measure the voltage that are coming out of your PSU right now or get a bigger PSU
 
When I upgraded from a KT7/Duron 800 to a KT7A/Athlon 1.333, my 300Watt Antec couldn't take it. It wouldn't even POST. I upgraded to an Enermax 550.
