i've had my 1.2ghz tbird running 133mhz FSB for a while now (default 100mhz) and just recently win2k will just stop on it. i get BSOD'ed with the error

***STOP
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

anyone know what this means? could this be a bad driver i installed, irq conflict, or just a symptom my tbird's dying?
