symantec redirector problem

HI ,
Recently i find out that my email scanner is not working. SO i try to uninstall the norton antivirus and reinstall it again. After reinstalling the antivirus, my email scanner working again but right after i update a file named "symantec redirector" my email scanner stop working. I was wondering, is there anyone facing this problem too ? thanks

Just change subscriber to forums in the URL.

Wouldn't the cost of subscription be worth getting your problem fixed? 😉 As the other poster said, just edit the URL and replace forums where it says subscriber.
