Symantec problem

Ok I?m having a dilemma here. I have a client?s computer and she has Norton Systemworks 2001. I guess she upgraded her AV to NAV 2003. I formatted her computer and now I can?t find NAV 2003 (she already paid for subscriptions). What would you do? Does she have to call Symantec to find out where she can download NAV 2003?
