Anyone familiar with this?

Desktops and Laptops have been installing fine for several weeks now - but one laptop will not begin the installation.

It is defined in the LSD software ok with the correct MAC address but when it boots from the Network I continually get the following message:

'connect config server; server does not respond'

The Server is up and running ok - other installations are working fine. I've tried recreating the laptop profile several times with no success and also tried different network cards/docking stations with the laptop.

If anyone has any ideas they'd be greatly appreciated! I'm waiting for a response from Symantec themselves.
 
Laptop is a Dell D600 - have already installed several of them as well as a D400, D610 and a D800.

I'll post there as well - cheers
