Hey guys,

don't know if anyone else is in the same situation as me:

i have sep 11.0 installed on my server but it opens up in every terminal service instance that I have.

all my remote connectors have sep installed as well, but by having it load up with eveyr instance it is hogging server resources.

is there anyway to prevent it from opening in TS profiles and have it only open as a service on the main acct (which is always logged in at the console).

hmm guess no responses -- in terms of resource hogging -- i haven't noticed a significant server slowdown with up to 15 ts sessions each running its own vprotray.exe process

only thing is -- i dont see the need for each session to be protected if it is running as a service on the server as it is

interestingly enough -- for licensing -- if the computers you connect to the ts server with do not have a SEP license, you have to buy one for that computer in order to use it in ts -- or something weird like that (was reading it on one of symantec's licensing pdfs)
