Arrrrg I?m so frustrated with the adware, Trojans and such, it?s frustrating.
I run Norton AV and Norton IS as well as Ms beta antispyware, with an active software and hardware firewall, yet I?m still getting hammered with this crap. The most recent annoyance is this bastard of a Trojan called ?Winantispyware 2005 installer?. Ive tried Symantecs plan for removal, I?ve followed recommendations for removal from antispyware sites, Ive updated and scanned ad nauseam , I Fvcking hate this bullshlt.

I mean it?s one thing to deal with pop- ups and Trojans and browser highjackers.
But I?ve spent good money on Nortons Web security and AV software and this
Load of crap they call protection software and all it really does is bloats my system back to p2 performance days and doesn?t Fvcking do the job it?s supposed too arrrrg, WTF I mean even Microsoft Beta which at least is free can?t even clear this bastard of a Trojan highjack pop pos off my bleeping system!!!!!


I know this rant is long but God Damn they need to pass some legislation to stop this
completely out of control hackware bs that has completely overtaken the internet!!

Oh and anyone who says stop going to porn sites DIAF!

I can?t be the only one who is completely fed up with this nonsense?????

I don't have such problems. Spybot, Adaware, HijackThis...all FREE, and better than any commercial crap.

Well, what the heck are you doing that you're having so many problems? Be a little more careful about what you install next time...
 
I run firefox and don't download what i don't know about. I have no active virus scanner and spyware scanner, I tried running some spyware/virus scans the other day came up clean. Do a clean install, use firefox and watch what you download. Should solve the problem. As far as im concered Nortan is a virus lol.

Kaspersky AV
= uninhibited internet surfing. only thing that gives me bugs is stuff i manually install. even then, spybot/adaware/hijackthis takes care of it, or i rewind the system
 
I've never had problems with Norton.

I use Norton System Works 2005, Zone Alarm, Spyware Blaster, Spybot, Adaware, Microsoft AntiSpyware & some progs from GRC 🙂

I just ran the Trend micro anti spyware and it found 40 items and 5 trojans, lol wtf this after I've run every thing else and as soon as I was done that (winfixer 2005) popped up again this one is a real peice of work! thanks for the tips though
