For a business with 4 workstations and a server running Small Business Server 2003, should be used? There's Symantec AntiVirus Small Business Edition, but a guy I work with claims that after your 1 year subscription runs then that's that... he said that AV Corporate Edition kind of 'trusts' the company to keep their licensing up to date. I don't have the first damn clue. All I know is they run SB Server 2003 (which comes with Exchange) and that we want the server protected, and want the workstations to get their definitions and all that from the server. Can someone explain the differences in Symantec's packages?

Also, if someone could reommend a vendor... or is it just as cheap and easy to get the stuff straight from Symantec?

I'm not sure about AV corp, but I know that I have Symantec Mail Security 4.0 for Exchange, and it definately expires and you have to renew in order to keep your definitions updating.
