sygate router still wont let netmeeting ports work

I opened up the right ports in the program but those video confrence progs still do not work over the internet, if it does it only works 1 way and I can only see the person but they do not see me unless i get on dialup.

Well getting on your dialup bypasses the router, so I think your problem lies in your router config. You SURE you opened all the ports necessary for SERVING a netmeeting session? I know that simply receiving doesn't take that many ports, but Serving it up takes a lot more. 7 I think.

yes i did everything the directions say as far as I know, but nothing has changed.
