Sygate blocking HTTPS

Hi. I've just reinstalled Windows and put Sygate Personal Firewall on it (I was using this in my previous install without any problems). Now, all secure websites (https) get blocked. If I choose "Allow All" in SPF, then I can access them. Any ideas why this would be happening? I've looked though all the UI, and can't find anything obvious.
