Sygate and Pc-to-Phone from DeltaThree

I just downloaded the PC-to-Phone program from DeltaThree. I am using Sygate to share my 56k connection. Dialpad.com works fine, because I set up Sygates "apprule.cfg" file to work with it. My problem is that I don't know the :INIT port to use with the PC-to_Phone program. I know the ports that it needs opened, but the init port is the one that is supposed to tell sygate to open up the rest of the ports.
Does anybody know the :INIT setting for PC-to-Phone.
