SY-6VBA-133 Won't let my Celeron go above 83 mhz FSB?

I have a SY-6VBA-133 with a celeron 466 chip. I remember that it would let me go choose all the different fsb speeds in the old bios, but I'm running 2ba8 right now and it won't let me set the fsb higher than 83 mhz? Anyone know why this is? I could downgrade the bios, but I really don't want to do that.

Did you set you boot up jumper FSB to 100 FSB and agp FSB to 2/3 ?

No I didn't. If I do, will it let me set the fsb below 100 mhz? And I want to try 90 mhz fsb with the agp divider at 1/1(geforce sdr).
