sx830/1030 size/cooling questions

ok, since i have no use for the cover or the extra drive bays on the sx1030 i think i am gonna save some cash and go with the 830. i was just wondering a couple things though-

are the 1030 and 830 equal as far as cooling goes? not sure why they wouldnt be because they are the same size and have pretty much the same fan setup right? just wondering..

also, since they supposedly are the same size, will i be able to fit 2 92mm fans in the front like people have been doing with the 1030's? that would be pretty nice..thats all
