Just picked one up locally, but I have a concern.

Is the side door actually supposed to swing open on a hinge of some sort? Looking at pics thats what it seems like, but when I unlock mine it just comes off.

Werd 😉
Nice case tho isnt it?
Im lovin mine.
Sounds like a windtunnel, but that sound puts me to sleep.

Sammyson- It's not the case that sounds like a wind tunnel, it's the fans. Spring for some L1A panaflos, silencers or similar...Amazing!

Unless you have some screaming 60mm on the cpu, then nothing else matters...

Yea I know its the fans.
I have like a total of 6-8 in the system. Depending on if you count like chipset and video fans. 😉
But with 4 80mm case fans its going to be pretty loud regardless.
It really doesnt bother me. Used to it after 13 years of having a computer on next to me all the time.
But I still love this case.
This is the first one that i have been able to actually put in SDRAM all the way without having to pull the whole thing out.
Solid stuff.

on a related note with this case; is the motherboard tray removable??? I really like this case but also like the ease of having easier access to the motherboard.

Lalakai: The motherboard tray is not removable.
It is still an excellent case though. I have an SX1030B(ooh, black) and it's great. Even though the tray is not removable there is still plenty of room to get to stuff on my mobo, Asus CUSL2.
