sx1030 cooling

i just returned my antec ks-188 and got a sx1030 instead, hope it was worth the difference (1030 ended up 100 bucks for me). i have a 1.2 tbird 266 fsb which i plan to be running at 1.85 volts when the new case gets here, i need some tips on cooling, a website with pics would be nice so i'll know how to set it up. my mid twoer used to stay at 26 idle and 40 maxed and i'd like to be able to keep the same temps for my 1030.
also i need to know where i can find some switchboards that fit into 3.5 bays (not 5.25) and can be used for three or four different things (fans in my case)
lastly, is it a good idea to have a fan blowing out right on top of your heat sing on the exterior side of the case?

finding switchboards, what do you mean switchboards? bread boards (no solder), home-use PCB's that have the holes in them, or is my electrical knowledge below yours? Anyway, when I envision adding fan switches, all I would do is drill holes in the faceplate, add toggle switches and rheostats (that's probably spelled wrong, but whatever) as needed, and wire up all of it to a breadboard hotglued in place. Fix in the moutning rails, add some connectors.. viola. My idea bad?

u want the two fans on the back to blow out and the two fans on the bottom tosuck in

Since the fans in the back aren't really towards the top of this case, I was thinking that a lot of heat could potentially build up in the upper part of the case. Perhaps a just an 80mm fan so as not to disturb the primary airflow, but to be powerful enough to exaust the leftovers? Just a thought...
