I'm switching from a kt7-raid, to a kt7a, since i don't need the raid option, and looking for a higher fsb. But i was wondering, should i get another thermal pad for my heatsink, since i'm gonna have to take it off from the chip, or will it be alright with only switching once? And if i do need another thermal pad, where can i get em at online? Thanks for the input.

You can not re-use the thermal pad. Depends on your hsf type, Taisol has replacement pads, check their site. The replacement is heat fused to aluminum foil which is stuck to the hsf after cleaning off the original. The originals are heat fused and perform slightly better than the replacements. Could be a good time to invest in some Arctic Silver !!
