I Currenty have a Asus CUV4X motherboard. While I know this is a good motherboard I'd like to switch to the ASUS CUSL2-C because I'm sick of the VIA chipset and want to move to the Intel i815e chipset. I have a Pentium 3 800MHz FC-PGA proc and was wondering if I can just take it off the old mobo and put it on the new mobo with no problems? Also I have a Golden Orb heatsink/fan. I heard this heatsink/fan didn fit on the ASUS CUSL2-C very good, is this true? If it is what heatsink/fan do you recommend? I don't want to get rid of my Golden Orb, I love it, but if it doesn't fit good I guess I have no choice. Thanks;)

Yes, you can switch is over to the new motherboard. Make sure you do a clean install of your OS with the new motherboard. The Gorb will fit, but there are some capacitors that you may bump into while installing. Be careful. Some people file down the gorb in that spot. I didn't do the file trick. I'm just real careful around those capacitors.
