Switching identities in Outlook

My finacee and I log in and out of Windows to use our different accounts in Outlook. I know you can switch accounts in Outlook Express, but each account doesn't get its own set of folders does it? I'm trying to find a solution for my parents. The easier the better. I need to ween them off of AOL, because they already pay for cable too! If they want private folders of which to save their old emails, is there any other solution other than switching users in Windows?
