Switching hub....... switch or hub

They named it a switching hub is it acually a hub or a switch

the model numbers im am looking at are
Buffalo
LSW10/100-8N


I couldn't find the 8N anywhere on the web

The specs for 8N are

full duplex

any idea if its a hub or switch?

Its a switch.
A switch is really just a more intelligent hub, but its still a hub, swticthing is just a capability of the switching hub.
But for simplicity, switching hubs are referred to as switches.
